Our client, a world leading professional services company with a focus on real estate, infrastructure and natural resources, is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in Amsterdam.

As part of the European recruiting team, you will be located at the European hub in Amsterdam where you will cover the end-to-end recruiting process for the business units in the Benelux, France and Nordics. You will work very closely with the local management and HR team in Europe.

 

Job Profile for Corporate Recruiter
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Full execution of the recruitment process (including job descriptions, job posting, phone interviewing, arranging interviews with management, regular communication with candidates and managers, negotiations) including recruitment administration and reporting
  • Manage the posting of job vacancies with the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs)
  • Develop pool of internal and external talent
  • Execute recruitment social media communication, governed by approved Marketing and HR Marketing principles
  • Monitor the job market and prepare analysis and summaries of the market movements, including salary & benefits benchmarking
  • Maintain and leverage relationships with agencies as necessary to support the recruiting process
  • Administer the tertiary education (University) relationship programme and help to further strengthen the employer brand in the market
  • Support the companies drive to be the employer of choice in their line of work and market
  • Coordinate the on-boarding process of new employees
  • Be the contact person for interns and student workers in the Benelux region
  • Report progress on assigned job vacancies on regular basis, communicate early warnings and provide regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process

 

Candidate Profile for Corporate Recruiter

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Preferably an academic HR background and first-hand work experience with recruiting, ideally in an international environment
  • Knowledge of Dutch labour law
  • Hands on experience with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Human resource management system (HRMS)
  • Experience in the following sectors is preferred:
    • Real estate
    • Infrastructure
    • Energy
  • Must be able to work autonomously and be interested to assist in a variety of HR related duties and projects
  • Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the company’s industry is an advantage
