Our client, a global provider of workforce management solutions helping organisations achieve greater management of their workforce and talent supply chains, is now hiring a Resource Manager in Uithoorn.

The organisation’s award-winning solutions, including its vendor-neutral Managed Services Program, enable procurement and human resources to improve visibility into contingent labour spend and talent pools, effectively manage and optimise contingent workforce program performance, and mitigate risks.

The Resource Manager will be based on the client’s site supporting the operations team in procuring and sourcing blue collar employees in the chemical industry.


Job Profile for Resource Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Client and Supplier Management:

  • Maintain and build customer relationships with the client’s services managers and stakeholders/requesters to promote customer loyalty, satisfaction and reference ability
  • Build and develop supplier relationships
  • Analyse operational and financial performance indicators and monitor trends to ensure service delivery meets agreed levels


Clients Operations:

  • Responsible for the entire sourcing process
  • Be the main point of contact for suppliers concerning open temporary requirements
  • Develop existing and actively find new strategic supplier co-operations
  • Be responsible for contract management, purchase order management and invoicing
  • Manage the consultants’ on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Negotiate prices with consultants and suppliers
  • Manage the Vendor Management System (VMS) and provide training to customers and suppliers


Candidate  Profile for Resource Manager

  • Must be fluent in Dutch, English and any other language, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement and/or recruitment in temporary positions
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba or Fieldglass is preferred
  • Strong Excel abilities or readiness to develop in this area
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently
  • Genuine team player with strong relationship building skills
  • Stress resistance to meet high-pressure deadlines
  • Focus oriented
  • Positive attitude
