Our international client, one of the world’s leading executive leadership and search firms, is hiring a highly skilled Research Analyst to join their Amsterdam team. The firm is a leader in assessment, recruitment and succession planning for boards of directors, chief executive officers and key roles within the C-suite.

 

Job Profile for Research Analyst
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Talent research of qualified candidates for executive positions using the internal global database and external resources
  • Initial assessment of qualified candidates (pre-screening on the phone) and forward shortlisted candidates to the Consultants
  • Develop search strategies and target company lists to identify potential candidates
  • Support consultants in business development by preparing background information, company insights, and market trends of potential clients and their businesses
  • Manage the search process and act as thought partner for Lead Consultant by driving strategy, setting expectations, and advising on next steps
  • Capture both search and non-search related market insights and intelligence, working closely with the global team and in-house knowledge management
  • Prepare client presentations and other documentation
  • Attend client meetings and contribute to discussions
  • Produce high quality marketing presentations

 

Candidate Profile for Research Analyst

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an asset
  • Must hold a Master’s degree from a reputable university
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Affinity with HR Consultancy is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in work setting and/or extracurricular activities
  • International mind-set; able to work with international teams, clients, and candidates
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented; ability to analyse and process vast amounts of data and draw relevant conclusions
  • Strong project management skills; ability to work on multiple assignments and a variety of tasks in different teams
  • Mentality of a top performer; highly motivated and resilient
