As a Customer Support Professional you will provide excellent customer service to one of the world’s leading luxurious fashion brands. You will join a young, sociable team and be responsible for handling customers’ inquires in a professional manner while making sure they experience exceptional service.

 

Job Profile for Customer Support Professional
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Offer customer service to end users in relation to a wide range of products
  • Answer emails from customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information
  • Log detailed and accurate case notes to ensure optimal assistance for customers

 

Candidate  Profile for Customer Support Professional

  • Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Intermediate vocational education (MBO)
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Customer service mind set
  • Strong typing and computer skills. Software related knowledge and aptitude is a plus
  • Sales mind-set: passion to find the right solution for the customer, while also closing the sale and potentially up-selling the customer
  • Interest in fashion
  • Enthusiastic and dynamic, comfortable with communicating by phone and mail
  • Outgoing and approachable, with excellent customer service skills
  • Team player
  • Well-organised, accurate, detail-oriented, professional and courteous with high self-motivation
