For our international client, a global manufacturing provider of innovative solutions in their niche market, we are currently looking for a motivated Customer Service Operational Representative with excellent English, Spanish and French skills to join their dynamic account management team in Amsterdam.

The Operational Representative will provide exceptional and accurate service to all company’s customers in assigned country teams, while managing a substantial volume of requests and inquiries electronically.


Job Profile for Customer Service Operational Representative

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Work in conjunction with team members to add value to customers
  • Manage a large volume of transactional work in the required languages
  • Accurately provide service to customer requests by email or through customer portals
  • Reply to customers primarily via email and occasionally by phone
  • Prioritise customer requests based on importance/urgency and by effectively managing the group inbox
  • Proactively share pertinent customer information with industry teams
  • Manage customer complaints and returns
  • Maintain up-to-date account and customer contact information
  • Process quotes and orders accurately following relevant policies and procedures


Candidate Profile forCustomer Service Operational Representative

  • Must be fluent in English, Spanish and French, both written and spoken
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Solid computer skills, experience with ERP systems preferred
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
  • Ability to deal with a high workload and changing responsibilities
  • Strong organisational/time management skills
  • Prioritisation skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy during the whole work process
  • Excellent team player; self-managed and proactive
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
