For our international client, a global player in software technologies, digital content management and protection solutions, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer.

 

Job Profile       

 

The Senior Software Developer will be part of an agile development team dedicated to delivering high class software.

 

 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Development of software for DVB CA control systems
  • Creation of designs, writing code, creation of unit tests and preparation of documentation in line with good software development practices.
  • Function effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary software development team.  

 

Candidate Profile

  • MUST Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Must have 5 to 7 years experience in developing software for DVB CA control systems.
  • Must hold a degree in Information Technology.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience of Visual C++ and C## combined with experience of .Net development environments and tools.
  • Experience with object Orientated Design and UML.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Very good experience of HTML, XML, COM and/or TCP/IP
  • Some experience with Conditional Access, security, encryption and key management is required.
  • Experience in agile development project environments.
  • Experience in source repository systems.
  • Experience in defects tracking system.
  • Ability to “hit the ground running” and quickly deliver results.
  • A level of professional maturity matching with the level of the position: be reliable, independently working and helpful towards team members.
