Maintain contact with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (apply for residence permits).

Dealing with vehicle import and registration according to applicable rules for privileged status.

Coordinating approval for household removals.

Problem solving related to daily life of members of the College and staff members.

Administrative handling of requests for refund of VAT and/or excise on mineral oil and purchased goods.

Providing information and administrative support in the search for medical care, dependant education, housing, etc.

Pre-departure assistance, such as cancellation of rental agreement, closing utilities contracts, export documents for vehicles, etc.

Performing any other supporting tasks assigned by the supervisor.
