One of our international clients in the global relocation business is currently looking for a communicative and service orientated Mobility Consultant. Our client’s services include organizing home and school search, language and cultural training, residence and work permits, local registrations, utilities connections, area orientation tours and preview tips as well as international removals.
Job Profile
The role of Mobility Consultant is to manage a caseload of relocating employees and their families, either internationally or domestically. They will take responsibility for managing the entire mobility process; coordinating all services and ensuring the employee and family are delighted with the service provided.
Responsibilities of the Mobility Consultant will include but not be limited to:

Be the main point of contact for relocating the employee and their family. This will include conducting needs assessments and briefing them on all service provisions, initiating the process and all services in line with the corporate client policy.

Managing of relationships with service partners, ensuring value for money services.

Day to day point of contact for clients to keep them advised of the progress of the assignments, discuss exceptions and recommend process or policy change where appropriated.

Counsel on policies and relate them to operational procedures.

Provide ongoing support and advice on policy and process to the employee throughout the assignment.
Candidate Profile

MUST possess excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch, other languages are an asset.

MUST HAVE international experience in a service orientated field, ideally in the relocation or a related business.

The ability to focus on clients needs and provide a consistently high level of personalized and professional service.

Sound computer skills (MS Office and Lotus Notes).

A confident person with the ability to learn quickly.
