We are now looking for an Associate Contingent Talent Partner to join their Contingent Talent EMEA team in Amsterdam. The team’s goal is to provide an excellent recruitment experience for the hiring managers and contingent candidates while staying compliant with local rules.
Job Profile for Associate Contingent Talent Partner
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Collaborate with hiring managers, suppliers, stakeholders, and contingent workers across EMEA, understanding the talent landscape, guiding hiring decisions, and ensuring efficient hiring and onboarding processes
- Manage multiple contingent requisitions for temporary workers beginning with less complex and independent contractors, ensuring high quality and maximum traction for hiring managers
- Assist hiring leaders in developing and executing Independent Contractor/Freelancer agreements, creating job descriptions, screening resumes, and selecting contingent personnel
- Collaborate with managers and suppliers to influence sourcing approach; Think strategically and methodically classify needs into contractor categories
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and HRBPs to address requisition and business needs
- Assist the Contingent Talent Business Partner in forging closer partnerships with business leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders through education, data, insights and building creative solutions
Candidate Profile for Associate Contingent Talent Partner
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- 3-5 years of experience with HR, ATS, and VMS systems, preferably Workday and Beeline
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or client relationship management
- Intermediate experience with Google Suite and recruiting systems
- Ability to prioritise effectively and respond accordingly
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask the right questions
- Eager to understand the business and tackle challenging problems
- Dedicated, ambitious, and proactive, with strong follow-through
- Resilient to change, attentive to detail, and able to comprehend the big picture
- Self-directed and autonomous, yet an effective collaborator
- Inclusive with an ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- This is an Amsterdam-based role, and we are looking for someone who can be on-site at least two or three days a week
