Currently, they are looking for a Billing & Customer Administration Analyst to join their expanding team. 

As a Billing and Customer Administration Analyst, you will collaborate with the company teams worldwide.

 

Job Profile for Billing & Customer Administration Analyst

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Complete and correct customer and invoice-related information in billing and accounting systems to ensure accurate invoicing can take place
  • Take charge of resolving disputes or inquiries that come in from both customers and colleagues. Ensure that all affected parties are informed timely, correctly, and completely
  • Issue ad hoc invoices and credit notes from the accounting system or billing system
  • Process purchase orders for prepaid credit
  • Analyse any discrepancies that might affect the accuracy of invoicing to multiple customers or might negatively impact the profitability of our company
  • Make suggestions to improve processes and information systems, not only in the billing department, but also for related activities performed by departments that billing collaborates with
  • Prepare reports based on our activities for colleagues and customers
  • Participate in projects set up to improve the Billing process and systems
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by the Manager of IM Operations and/or the Head of Billing and Customer Operation

Candidate Profile for Billing & Customer Administration Analyst

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus
  • MBO (level 4, administrative)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, advanced level of Excel (Pivot tables, Lookup, Graphs)
  • Experience working with different cultures
  • Experience in customer support and accounting
  • Some PL/SQL knowledge
  • Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands
