Description

Our client is a highly respected and extremely prestigious global leader in the integrated energy and chemical industry.

Currently, they are looking for a Business Assistant to join their dynamic, multicultural organisation in The Hague. 

Job Profile for Business Assistant
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide the team with complex administrative assistance in general operations to maintain quality and effectiveness, creating agendas, meeting packs, and calendar invitations, etc.
  • Handle telephone/email/personal enquiries and advise accordingly, referring more complex matters to the appropriate professional
  • Maintain records and files as required
  • Assist the project team lead with project budgets, keeping track of all finances
  • Undertake various event planning activities, booking venues, taxis, catering, etc.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Supervisor or senior team member

Candidate Profile for Business Assistant

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Master’s degrees or above in Finance, Accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Administration or other support function, preferably in an HR environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with outstanding EXCEL
  • Power BI would be considered an advantage
  • Strong time-management, organisational, and attention-to-details skills
  • Responsible with a sense of urgency
