Description

Our client is the world’s largest company providing oilfield services and technology products within the oil and gas industry, with a presence in more than 80 countries worldwide and over 90 years of market experience. They are currently looking for a Business System Clerk to join their team in Ijmuiden.

In this role, you will accurately and timely complete entry of data and support maintenance operations by performing systems transactions (as specified by the direct supervisor). You will report to the Maintenance Team Lead.

Job Profile for Business System Clerk
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Follow instructions as assigned by the Maintenance Team Leader
  • Ensure on-time delivery of what is required
  • Manage the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) documentation required to prepare and release equipment for jobs
  • Work with SAP Business System to raise and track orders, book shipments and any other SAP requirements to support Technology Lifecycle ManagementTLM activities
  • Communicate with direct supervisor to confirm work is being conducted properly
  • Follow company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) adherence at all times and report
  • Comply to overall company policies and standards
  • Support with the documentation required to update maintenance business systems as requested
  • Ensure that assigned asset and maintenance transactions are completed in a timely, complete and accurate manner
  • Act as a resource for some training/technical issues or troubleshooting related to Maintenance Business Systems
  • Monitor compliance of accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all critical business systems transactions
  • Follow instructions as assigned by the Maintenance Team Leader

Candidate Profile for Business System Clerk

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with certifications, service quality audits and SAP systems is strongly preferred 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and 365 package
  • Able to commute to Ijmuiden base
  • Great communication skills and tech-savvy
