Our client is a global satellite communications leader providing customers with one source for an entire range of voice and data solutions backed by the industry’s most trusted service and support network. Across its wide range of satellite communications products and solutions, the company routes communication to ensure superior quality, reliability and flexibility for its customers. Currently they are looking for a Change Manager to join their team in The Hague.

Please note that the company is willing to consider candidates who are available to work either full-time or part-time


Job Profile for Change Manager

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organisation
  • Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organisation transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training
  • Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, methods, support resource planning and acquisition
  • Develop short and long-term goals, KPIs, objectives, develop and execute against annual operational plan
  • Lead/facilitate meetings with client to ensure an understanding of the current company culture, and jointly develop a change adoption plan
  • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions
  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Enterprise Business Transformation

Candidate Profile for Change Manager

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, fluency in one or more additional languages: French or Norwegian is a plus
  • Must have BA or BS Degree in Organisational Development, Organisational Behaviour, or Industrial/Organisational Psychology
  • 5+ years of experience in organisational change management program design and implementation is required
  • At least 5+ years of experience in project management and resource management
  • Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communications
  • Must have experience in offshore outsourcing
  • Change Management Professional and/or Project Manager certification is preferred
  • Advanced engagement, communication, interpersonal, and change management skills, honed through leading intercultural teams
  • Be results oriented and have strong analytical skills
  • Highly energetic and able to inspire others
  • A customer service attitude
