Description

Our international client provides mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments, creating exceptional results for their clients and the millions of people who count on them.

To expand their team, they are looking for a Customer Experience Manager. In the role, you will supervise a group of Team Leads and deal with the daily operations, such as achieving results, providing and analysing reports and improvement proposals both internally and towards the customer.

Job Profile for Customer Experience Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Map and analyse both internal processes and customer processes
  • Identify improvement potential and set out actions to the end
  • Operational and tactical point of contact for both customer and organisation
  • Manage, supervise, motivate and coach Team Leaders and indirectly also agents
  • Design, maintain and analyse operational and financial reports with a view to the quality and profitability of the Client Team
  • Conduct and attend meetings with the Client Team Manager, Team Leaders, Principal and other departments

Candidate Profile for Customer Experience Manager

  • Must be fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor degree or similar gained by experience
  • Several years of working experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Customer Experience (CX) industry
  • At least 5 years of management experience in (people-oriented) coaching and guiding teams
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Numerical and analytical insight
  • Able to manage your own time and deadlines and to prioritise tasks appropriately
