Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative with French and Dutch to work on projects for our client’s clientele.

Job Profile for Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Answer  the customer queries by Phone and E-Mail
  • Open tickets within CRM systems like SAP and others
  • Forward the tickets to the correct technical support teams
  • Follow the call scripts and predefined service processes
  • Prequalification of all types of customer enquiries
  • Acceptance of faults via different media (calls, email)
  • Control and appointment management of customer technicians
  • Spare parts order
  • Data maintenance in the dispatch and customer programs

Candidate Profile for Customer Service Representative

  • Must be fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken. Additionally, fluency of English is a plus
  • Professional experience or previous knowledge is not required. The company offers full, intensive training in the first month
  • Must have great communication skills
