We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Wormerveer.

Job Profile for Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Be fully committed to the client’s customers by supporting them on the phone, via chat and email on a wide range of topics
  • Provide consultation and advice customers before the sale
  • Elaboration of offers and order entry
  • Processing of customers’ complaints
  • Cross-departmental solving of customer inquiries
  • Active participation in the development of the online shop and the product range

Candidate Profile for Customer Service Representative

  • Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales or a similar position
  • Strong communication skills and empathy for customers and their needs
  • Independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Hands-on mentality
