Our international client provides mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments, creating exceptional results for their clients and the millions of people who count on them.
They are currently expanding and are looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to coach, guide, and motivate the Team Sales employees of the company.
Please note that our client has multiple office locations and could offer this position in Tilburg, Rotterdam and/or Almere.
Job Profile for Customer Service Team Lead
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Optimise the knowledge and skills of customer service employees
- Achieve agreed targets on KPI’s
- Ensure every customer contact is handled perfectly
- Secure absence and turnover of employees
- Monitor and adjust the quantitative performance of individual employees as needed
- Conduct BILA conversations, start, performance, and appraisal conversations (monitor and guide resulting actions and agreements)
Candidate Profile for Customer Service Team Lead
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Good computer skills
- People-oriented leadership skills
- Excellent numeric and analytical insight
- Flexibile regarding working hours
- Think out of the box attitude
- Able to come up with fresh ideas about how to increase the performance and motivation of the employees
