Job Profile for Inbound Technical Support Advisor
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Support their customers with queries and technical issues regarding the usage of the charging units
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner while providing the highest level of technical/customer service
Candidate Profile for Inbound Technical Support Advisor
- Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Desire to learn new tasks/skills quickly, basic computer knowledge/software knowledge is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and stress management skills are a must
- Customer service oriented
- Desire to be future proof-minded
- Availability to work 24/7
- Proactive and flexible attitude is required (e.g. working on weekends, nightshifts and Bank Holidays)
- Open minded and have a positive attitude
- Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly to customers
