Our international client provides mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments, creating exceptional results for their clients and the millions of people who count on them.
To expand their team, they are looking for an IT Operations Analyst to join their Almere, Rotterdam, Tilburg or Maastricht office.
Job Profile for IT Operations Analyst
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide hands-on support for installations and troubleshooting local infrastructure issues
- Administer onsite and assist remotely as needed
- Participate in planning, daily stand-ups, backlogs sessions
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve service offering
- Handle task based queue or work completed tickets in the order which received and/or based on criticality
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Candidate Profile for IT Operations Analyst
- Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor degree in a technical field is preferred but not required
- Proven experience in technology/IT
- Working knowledge of Windows, iOS, macOS, Office 365
- Eager to learn, passionate for technology
- Problem-solver attitude with an analytical mindset
