Our client is an internationally-recognised leader in the development of innovative medical devices. With more than 35 years of market experience, their products are available in more than 75 countries. 

Currently, they are looking for three IT Technicians to join their European headquarters in Amersfoort. 

Please note: This is a hybrid position starting with 4 days in the office / 1 day from home in the beginning. Once you are settled, you can work more days from home.   

Job Profile for IT Technician
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide 2nd line end-user support
  • Maintain hardware, software, and ticket administration in our client’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Provide technical computer hardware, software, and telecom support
  • Deploy, maintain, and support company desktop computers, laptops, (mobile) telephones and other network-attached devices
  • Perform printer configuration
  • Manage user accounts
  • Provide user training
  • Develop and maintenance manuals and documentation

Candidate Profile for IT Technician

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • MBO 4 ICT education level
  • 3+ years of working experience in an IT 2nd-line Support role
  • Experience with mobile device support and platforms such as IOS and Android
  • Hands-on experience with SCCMMDT or other deployment tools
  • Understanding basic PowerShell or other scripting tools
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and Microsoft Endpoint manager
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience in working with ITIL processes
  • Experience in application packaging is preferred, but can be taught on the job
  • Knowledge and experience with Intune are preferred
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
