Our client is a global technology company that offers medical, and surgical products and services in advanced wound and ostomy aid solutions, with a focus on people and caregivers. Their products deliver clinical and economic benefits and enhanced clinical outcomes.
They are currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join their dynamic team in Utrecht.
Job Profile for Customer Success Specialist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Be the link between customer request and solution
- Ask the right questions and give tailor-made advice
- Support the Sales team
- Perform in- and outbound calls
- Keep the CRM systems up-to-date
- Work independently and ensure that pre-set goals are achieved
- Show creativity and responsibility
Candidate Profile for Customer Success Specialist
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is a plus
- Minimum MBO on working and thinking level
- Knowledge and experience with CRM systems
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications
- An accurate, independent and results-oriented person with a care-giving attitude
- Analytical, meticulous and service-oriented individual
