Our client is a leading provider of collaboration, development and issue tracking software for teams. Right now they are growing faster than ever and are on the lookout for a Junior Technical Support Analyst to join their team in Amsterdam. You will have the chance to be part of a company that offers an innovative set of products and is dedicated to an ever-evolving approach for building successful teams.

In this role, you will work as part of a global technical support team with the goal of delivering world-class technology and exceptional customer service. You would be required to be onsite at the Amsterdam office to provide support for the meeting rooms, events and technologies they use on a daily basis. 

Job Profile for Junior Technical Support Analyst
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Have epic customer service skills
  • Have a love of helping people and an appetite to learn
  • Handle  Audio Visual (AV) room troubleshooting, Video Conferencing (VC) and collaboration technologies such as Zoom Rooms and digital signage
  • Provide AV tech prep and support for events onsite
  • Support and troubleshoot MacOS both in-person and remote
  • Work with collaboration tools (Slack, GSuite, Mural, etc)

Candidate Profile for Junior Technical Support Analyst

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Have some experience supporting Windows 10
  • Experience working with a globally distributed team
  • Have some knowledge of Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) / Imaging / State-owned enterprises (SOEs)
  • Familiar with various Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
  • You love to research and play with new technologies in your spare time and translate complex technical ideas for non-technical people
  • You don’t take things at face value because “that’s the way they are done”, but rather seek to understand the reasons and then take steps to improve
  • You are tenacious in pursuit of understanding, getting to the bottom of an issue to prevent it from recurring, and helping the team by documenting your journey and successes
