They are currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join their team in Coevorden.

Job Profile for Maintenance Assistant
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Perform assigned higher-level, maintenance activities for equipment, under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisors or Technicians, in line with the established standards
- Ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand
- Adhere to transactional discipline within the business systems to record the data to be collected, observed, or analysed during the execution of maintenance
- Accurately capture maintenance-related costs including material and supplies, parts and labor, etc.
- Ensure the integrity of equipment maintenance history records
- Comply with the corporate and divisional standards
- Maintain and build competency in compliance with the divisional standards
- Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency, asset availability, and people productivity
Candidate Profile for Maintenance Assistant
- Must be fluent in Dutch and intermediate in English, both written and spoken
- Basic workshop skills, able to work with handtools, drill, grinder, pressure washer
- Motivated, willing to learn
- Attention to detail
- Team player
