Description

Our client has been working with numerous clients across five continents, to create digital employee experience solutions that enable communication and improve engagement with more than 700, 000 widely dispersed frontline workers. 

They create branded mobile employee experience solutions and an employee solutions app that is designed to connect organisations with their workforce on any mobile device, anywhere in the world using a three-channel mobile capability.

Due to rapid growth, they are currently looking for a Manager Content Management Services (CMS) who will be responsible to position the company as a market leader in content management services. By developing CMS thought leadership, the ideal candidate will be driving CMS new client sales and upsells, enhancing the quality and efficiency of CMS delivery and client relationship management to boost customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Profile for Manager Content Management Services (CMS)
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Strategic and Business Development Management

  • Contribute to business strategy and growth plans
  • Work with fellow members of management to collectively implement business objectives
  • Lead the effort to source new clients for content management services including the development and implementation of new client acquisition plans, sales pitches and proposals, pricing and the finalisation of commercial contractual terms
  • Oversee the process of identifying and negotiating upsells in existing clients

Delivery Management

  • Develop thought leadership products on the value, impact and leading praxis of content management services such as articles and speeches as well as contributing to white papers, case studies, blogs and video content guides
  • Speak to the media and at public events on content management services best practice
  • Drive content management services best practice through providing leadership and guidance to the CMS teams as well as the development of CMS methodologies, templates and policies
  • Ensure that content management services Service Level Agreement targets and project delivery timelines are met
  • Track and ensure that Statement of Work (SOW), client and cluster financial targets are met

Budgeting and People Management

  • Develop a draft Balance Scorecard (BSC) for the CMS unit in conjunction with the General Manager: Professional Services (PS) and the Head: PS Operations
  • Drive the annual CMS unit planning process in conjunction with the General Manager: PS and the Head: PS Operations
  • Develop an annual budget for the CMS unit
  • Ensure unit adherence to budget parameters
  • Drive effective performance management
  • Ensure the sourcing and retention of unit critical skills

Candidate Profile for Manager Content Management Services (CMS)

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Diploma/Degree in Communications
  • 2+ years of experience in managing a Content Management Services team or unit
  • 5+ years of Customer Success Management and/or Content Management Services experience
  • Course in Digital Media and Managerial experience in a SaaS organisation are advantageous
  • Strong communication and Time management (prioritisation) skills
  • Excellent client orientation and able to cope with pressure
  • Business Development, Delivery Management, Client Relationship Management
  • MS Office is crucial (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
