Description

Our international client, a world leading organisation in the IT/Software market, is now hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Schiphol.

 

This is a supporting role to the Northern European region, in which the client leads industry hosted, third-party events and 1-2-1 engagements with customers. The Marketing Coordinator will need to run the events, along with running smaller customer engagements such as training sessions and presentations (facilitation of the event, coordination).

 

Please note that this is a part-time role (3 days/week).

Job Profile for Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Help to organise events
  • Provide training session and presentations
  • Be responsible for additional duties include involvement in raising PO’s, MS Office
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including immediate and sales team

Candidate Profile for Marketing Coordinator

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Danish or Swedish is a plus
  • Have at least 1-2 years of marketing experience
  • Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
  • E-Marketing background is desirable
  • Experience in event management is highly preferred or at least strong interest to learn
  • Excellent writing skills are a must
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe skills are beneficial
  • A proactive, collaborative and team player personality is desirable alongside with hands-on and can-do mentality
