They are looking for Office Automation Employee to join their Office Automations Team in Leiden.

Job Profile forOffice Automation Employee
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Participate in stand-up/short planning session
  • Pick up the issues and deliverables for the day
  • Take part in calls about bigger projects about Office Automation 
  • Support mail migrations, office moves and telephone infrastructure

Candidate Profile for Office Automation Employee

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • At least 3 years of experience in Office Automation or related IT support functions 
  • Experience with Microsoft business environments such as Active Directory, Azure, Intune and Office365
  • Experience with agile ways of working is a major plus
  • Able to support users on Windows and macOS. Linux is nice to have
  • Knowledge of networks is a must, CCNA certificate is preferable
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Able to quickly understand problems and identify solutions 
  • Able to adapt to new processes and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Conscientious and considerate
  • Driven to deliver excellent experiences for internal customers while maintaining a healthy balance for the team
