Our client, a highly respected and extremely prestigious world leader in integrated energy and chemicals, is looking for a Personal Assistant (PA)/Secretary to the Project Integration Manager to join their dynamic, multicultural and multilingual organisation in The Hague.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and the ability to accurately track and record cash flow. He/she should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognise and solve any problems that may arise.
Job Profile for PA/Secretary to Project Integration Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Organise meetings, video and conference calls
- Provide logistical assistance for office set-up and arrangements
- Initiate and review workflows including travel orders, expense reports, leave requests, etc.
- Maintain cost centres and review the payment of invoices
- Liaise with relevant organisations (including HR, finance, IT and others) on general business matters
Candidate Profile for PA/Secretary to Project Integration Manager
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- At least 5 years of proven work experience as a PA/Secretary with office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to use SAP system to initiate requests, work and travel orders
- Multi-tasking and time management capability
- Possess document control capabilities
- Able to be discrete in handling confidential information
- Able to initiate and review payments and invoices to clients and vendors
