Our client is a huge international key player in the Internet/Technology industry. Among the many digital solutions they offer, currently, they are leaders in the market for cutting-edge products in the areas of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). These technologies are now being incorporated into different aspects of people’s daily lives and careers.
Currently, we are looking for a Process Engineer to join our client’s team in Eindhoven.
Job Profile for Process Engineer
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Combine analytical and conceptual thinking, physical insight, flexibility, and a structured way of working to deliver sustainable project results
- Manage improvement projects to implement sustainable changes
- Develop new online reporting tools and/or template
- Aggregate and transform data into meaningful information
- Breakdown high-level (e.g. end-product level) performance issues into addressable action items
Candidate Profile for Process Engineer
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Masters (MSc) degree or higher in Physics, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Experience with Tableau software is highly preferred
- Must possess process engineering skills (process development/improvement,
- troubleshooting, data analysis, constraint analysis, flow optimisation, root cause analysis, etc.)
- Handle goals independently, with respect for planning and deadlines
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a car
- Ready to work in different locations within a week: Eindhoven, Turnhout and partially remote if desired
- A team player who likes to work in a small team
