Description

Our client is an international company, supplying essential industrial gases and related equipment to various sectors, focusing on innovation and sustainability. They lead in the development of large-scale gas projects that convert natural resources into valuable products. Known for their operational excellence and commitment to safety and the environment, they are dedicated to creating solutions that benefit communities worldwide. 

They are now looking for a Project Administrator to join their team in Rotterdam, providing support and reporting to the Site Construction Manager.

Job Profile for Project Administrator
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage all general reception duties (switchboard, greeting visitors etc.)
  • Interface with contractors on the site facilities maintenance
  • Raise local purchase orders for site purchasing
  • Interact with contractors and the company’s regional offices on admin support
  • Arrange site transport and logistics
  • Interface with corporate on IT and communications support
  • Maintain induction database and booking of inductions
  • Log all incoming/outgoing mail and handle distribution accordingly
  • Compile, maintain and issue internal telephone directories
  • Manage requisitions, orders and stock levels of stationery
  • Support with taking and distributing MOM’s
  • Support with new starter onboarding
  • Maintain weekly movements/holiday charts
  • Maintain meeting room schedules
  • Book hire cars, hotels, and catering facilities for the project team
  • Provide administration support to other disciplines on-site
  • Organise courier services as required
  • General administration duties as required by the Site Construction Manager

Candidate Profile for Project Administrator

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with office management and site admin roles on previous large construction projects is an advantage
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
