Temporary Staffing Solutions (uitzend)
There are several situations in which a company needs to exercise a ‘temporary staffing solution’ – be it in order to reduce overheads, increase productivity or improve profitability. Taking advantage of the temporary staffing solutions provided by Blue Lynx allows clients to cope with fluctuating market demands, and candidates to still be in a position to take advantage of short as well as longer term internationally oriented opportunities.
As part of its Temporary Staffing Solutions Blue Lynx can take on the whole recruitment cycle on behalf of its clients – applying the protocol and golden rule. This could be, but is not limited to: advertising, sourcing, qualifying, scheduling, interviewing, screening, and negotiating salaries. Furthermore, Blue Lynx is also responsible for the temporary employee’s employment contract; social insurances; pension (where applicable); sick leave administration, career development etc.
Temporary staff members are employed by Blue Lynx and assigned to clients to perform work under the clients management and supervision. Such a position via Blue Lynx can vary from 3 months to several years. Many clients opt to hire staff temporarily through Blue Lynx prior to employing them directly.

Contracting – Project Management
Another staffing solution provided by Blue Lynx is that of Contracting – Project Management whereby Blue Lynx, on behalf of the client manages the whole recruitment cycle, including management and supervision of the Contractor or team of Contractors. In such cases a Project Manager is assigned to the case and will manage the day to day work and performance of the contractor.
The difference between Contracting and Temporary Staffing lies in who is ultimately responsible for the supervision and management of the person exercising the functions. With Temporary Staffing the staff member is hired and supervised by the client. With Contracting the management and supervision of the staff, as well as the project, is in the hands of Blue Lynx. Generally speaking project work is carried out on site, at the client’s premises, but there are occasions when this is done at one of Blue Lynx’s offices.
