Job Profile for Recruitment Researcher / Sourcer

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Source and screen candidates using all available resources and databases
  • Work in close cooperation with the entire recruitment team
  • You will work extensively using a Seat Recruiter account, sourcing, emailing and screening candidates
  • You will work extensively in making Boolean search strings to use on several platforms
  • Ability to find top candidates using multiple methods/job boards and databases
  • Qualify job vacancies with clients
  • Conduct telephone and Skype interviews and write candidate profiles
  • Confirm interviews via email and telephone with candidates and clients
  • Build and maintain professional partnerships with candidates based on trust and knowledge
  • Maintain recruitment administration in company’s CRM
  • Manage applications from our external social platforms
  • Efficient and professional turnaround of work

Candidate Profile for Recruitment Researcher / Sourcer

  • Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken. Any additional European language is an advantage
  • KPI driven
  • Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
  • Work experience within recruitment
  • +/- 2 years’ of relevant experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn – Seat recruiter with extensive experience in making search strings
  • Able to find top candidates using multiple methods/job boards and databases
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience and capabilities
  • Able to communicate accurately, clearly and concisely
  • Must be a people person with strongly developed social skills
  • Pro-active attitude, driven, strong hands-on mentality
  • Excellent eye for detail, organised, able to multitask
  • Good sense of humour and ability to work in a team of internationals who work hard and laugh hard
