Currently, they are looking for a Sales Director to join their talented team in Delft. In this role, you will lead the business development efforts for the company and showcase how it can drive organisational transformation for our clients.
Job Profile for Sales Director
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, and be a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journey
- Understand client requirements and customise software solutions to meet their specific business needs, driving value for both the client and the company
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall company’s revenue growth
- Work in fast growth environment with interdisciplinary teams to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demos, and showcase the company’s unique value proposition
- Establish a strong brand company image through strategic marketing initiatives, and participate in conferences, meetups, seminars, discussion forums, and knowledge-sharing spaces
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, provide strategic insights for the company’s business growth
- Seek continuously new ways to improve and identify new directions for the company’s growth, and push the boundaries of business development in the digital transformation space
Candidate Profile for Sales Director
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 10+ years of business development experience in selling software services and tech consulting
- Basic knowledge of the software market and modern IT software stacks
- Proven track record of sales excellence in software services to enterprise-level organisations
- Experience in successfully building and implementing commercial strategies
- Experience in Tech Consulting/Nearshoring software services within the Netherlands
- Entrepreneurial mindset ready to drive business growth and development
- Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to discover and close opportunities
- Ready to travel and visit clients within the Netherlands
