Job Profile for Senior Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Source and screen candidates using all available resources and databases
  • Work extensively in LinkedIn Recruiter, sending InMails, using Boolean searches on
    a daily basis
  • Work in close cooperation with fellow recruitment consultants
  • Qualify job vacancies with clients
  • Manage a portfolio of clients
  • Conduct interviews – face to face, Skype, telephone and write candidate profiles
  • Represent and introduce candidates to clients
  • Confirm interviews via email and telephone with candidates and clients
  • Under supervision negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates
  • Confirm and close contract details with clients and candidates
  • Prepare information for HR & Finance
  • Attend company trade fairs as and when required (sometimes on the weekend)
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients based on trust and knowledge
  • When necessary assist/coach candidates through the interview process
  • Maintain recruitment administration in company CRM
  • Professionally and commercially represent vacancies to candidates and the candidates to the clients
  • Quick and professional turnaround of work

Candidate Profile for Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Must be fluent in English both written and spoken. Fluent Dutch is a huge advantage
  • Bachelor degree is required
  • Recruitment experience and successful results
  • 5-8 years relevant experience
  • Extensive telephone interviewing experience
  • Experience managing your own accounts or clients
  • Ability to find top candidates using multiple methods/job boards and databases
  • Solid Microsoft Office experience and capabilities
  • Ability to communicate accurately, clearly and concisely
  • Must be a people person with strongly developed social skills
  • Pro-active attitude, result driven, strong hands-on mentality
  • Excellent eye for detail, organised, able to multitask
  • Good sense of humour and ability to work in a team of internationals
  • Must have a good working knowledge of the ABU CAO
