Our international client, a leader in providing innovative consumer, commercial and enterprise technology, is now hiring a Services Pre-Sales Technical Specialist to join their team in France.

The company has its operations spread out in more than 60 countries. Their portfolio consists of high-quality, secure products and services covering PCs, workstations, servers, storage, smart TVs and a family of mobile products like smartphones, tablets, and apps.

Job Profile for Services Pre-Sales Technical Specialist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Deliver support to Sales team
  • Advise and educates HW Sellers through a combination of experience and guideline documentation to ensure a solution to their customers´ technical requirements
  • Monitor own ‘open case’ workload and drive to closure
  • Work with external vendors and subcontractors and make them part of company overall solutions

Candidate Profile for Services Pre-Sales Technical Specialist

  • Must be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in Technical Sales Support
  • Experience within IT Services and Working with Field Service Providers is a must
  • Technical Knowledge on Client (Desktop, Notebook & Tablets) and related Services and Deployment Solutions is required
  • Able to write RFP, RFI answers
  • Strong Services Industry and ‘ITIL’ acumen is a plus
  • Effective communication skills are a must
  • Proven ability to learn new and complex technology
  • Able to prioritise in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Good ability to communicate ideas is desired
