Our client, a highly respected and extremely prestigious global leader in the integrated energy and chemical industry, is looking for a Success Factors IT Analyst to join their dynamic, multicultural and multilingual organisation in The Hague.

Job Profile for Success Factors IT Analyst
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

  • Responsible for solutions such as SAP S4 Hana Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, SAP Business Technology Platform, Service Now, RPA and more
  • Work closely alongside other SAP SuccessFactors IT Business Analysts, supporting the business
  • Maintain Success Factors environment and implement/apply innovations
  • Support the implementation of the Onboarding and Recruiting Management module Attract and Acquire
  • Work in a team of highly skilled Business Cloud Application specialists

Candidate Profile for Success Factors IT Analyst

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Human Resource Management or other related area
  • 3+ years of SAP Success Factors experience with 8-10 years overall as an IT Analyst
  • Able to deliver quality work on time
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence decision-making with senior management
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Must possess good work habits and a strong work ethic, adhering flawlessly to company work policies, hours and standard business etiquette
  • A quick learner able to retain and teach others new technology as it is introduced in the industry
  • Good understanding of HR business processes
  • Able to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in processes, procedures, and systems within HR
