We are now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Researcher, EMEA to join their team in Amsterdam. In the role, you will identify and engage top talents while coaching hiring partners to make smart recruiting and hiring decisions that are key to the company’s growth, success, and innovation.

Job Profile for Talent Acquisition Researcher, EMEA
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Use different social media platforms for deep research techniques and strategies to find talent pools
  • Provide well-rounded search experience to the business, and a great candidate’s experience by owning sourcing strategy for a variety of roles and ensuring the health of the pipeline
  • Utilise great experience to engage and hire top talent, leverage data and market insights to influence the recruiting strategy and emphasise the value of building diverse teams
  • Interview candidates, evaluate their technical skill set, and match it to the right role within the company
  • Evaluate the candidate’s motivations, interests, and values to ensure they align with the company’s culture
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs
  • Coach and advise based on your growing knowledge in niche markets
  • Use research, combined with business and market knowledge to influence decision-making
  • Manage multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience
  • Organise, prioritise and execute tasks in the best way possible in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Profile for Talent Acquisition Researcher, EMEA

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Extensive experience hiring in EMEA is required
  • Familiarity with sourcing/researching a broad range of profiles, and recruiting for technical/engineering roles
  • Experience in researching market trends and domain technology to seek out information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Interest in providing feedback, career growth and solving complex situations
  • Able to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines with minimal guidance
  • A self-motivated, driven individual who works autonomously and looks for solutions to impact proactively
