We are looking for a Talent Marketer to join our client’s office in Tilburg. In this role, you will play a crucial role in talent recruitment and related marketing initiatives by knowing how online marketing in particular works by using and testing different tools and channels.

Job Profile for Talent Marketer
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Work closely with team members to balance the amount of leads and their conversions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers at branches to see what they need or what might be specific to that region (target audience)
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance the company’s visibility strategically, thereby generating a surge in prospective candidates
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis across all platforms to enhance conversion rates, focusing on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Advertising (SEA), content marketing, and conversion optimisation
  • Utilise a deep understanding of online marketing methodologies and platforms, demonstrating a willingness to experiment and innovate
  • Validate job ads to ensure accuracy and consistency and make changes or improvements to increase effectiveness and appeal to the target audience
  • Lead the development of marketing initiatives focused on branding, particularly through social media
  • Identify opportunities to increase the visibility and engagement of potential candidates
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to align and implement talent marketing plans
  • Create and optimise landing pages for various recruitment campaigns to ensure seamless functionality and flawless user experience
  • Accommodate initiatives in such a way that processing can be largely automated
  • Analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of different lead streams

Candidate Profile for Talent Marketer

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in (talent) marketing
  • Knowledge of employer branding and social media platforms, preferably within a commercial organisation
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEA, CPA management and performance improvement
  • Familiarity with channels and platforms for building a recruitment pipeline
  • Excellent personal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships

  • A “can do” mindset and not afraid to make mistakes
  • Organisational and prioritising skills to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong analytical skills
