Description

Our client is involved in the development, management, and maintenance of national infrastructure like waterways, roads, and water management systems, aiming to ensure safety, liability, and accessibility.

Currently, they are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to join their team in Utrecht.    

Job Profile for Talent Sourcer
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Attract the most suitable candidates to engage in discussions about job opportunities
  • Fill difficult-to-fill roles within the target group by collaborating with recruiters and clients, determining the sourcing strategy, and identifying profiles
  • Engage and captivate the target group in creative ways
  • Recruit talent proactively 
  • Conduct target group analysis 
  • Establish and manage talent pools, and make them available for recruiters to use
  • Build relationships with candidates in talent pools and research assignments

Candidate Profile for Talent Sourcer

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Talent Sourcer or Recruiter
  • Expertise in sourcing assignments for organisations
  • Familiar with building and maintaining talent pools
  • Knowledge in data analysis on target groups
