Our international client provides mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments, creating exceptional results for their clients and the millions of people who count on them.
To expand their team, they are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join their Almere, Rotterdam, Tilburg or Maastricht office.
Job Profile for Talent Sourcer
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Conduct pre-screening interviews via phone or MS Teams
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine job requirements
- Create or enhance job postings, write compelling texts and emails, and send them out
- Organise and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers and ensure proper follow-up
- Maintain candidate database
Candidate Profile for Talent Sourcer
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in Recruitment is a plus
- Strong persuasion skills and a good understanding of the interests at play within the organisation
- Customer- and candidate-oriented approach
- Familiarity with social media and networking, able to find and activate networks
- Comfortable using various online recruitment tools and creative in finding other ways to source candidates
