Our client is an international company that improves the way organisations, people, and technology work together by transforming, controlling and optimising IT landscapes, workplaces and applications. 

They offer support and resolutions to the most complex technology challenges. Now they are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist to join their team in Sofia. In this role, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle for the Service Delivery department and help management find, hire, and retain quality IT talent.

Job Profile for Technical Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Source candidates through different channels
  • Establish a transparent and engaging relationship with the candidates
  • Take full ownership of the process and provide valuable and timely feedback
  • Create and post job ads to all the channels
  • Maintain a good relationship with all internal and external partners
  • Design and implement short and long-term recruitment plans and strategies together with the HR and management team
  • Deliver great candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Maximise the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs
  • Support the Marketing and HR team to discuss recruitment marketing campaigns and how best to position the company on the market and to build an online/offline presence in a niche area by delivering outstanding brand and value proposition
  • Take the lead in organising and attending internal and external recruitment and employer branding events
  • Always be on the lookout for what’s new and trendy in the recruitment world
  • Take ownership of the employee experience cycle with a primary focus on Service Delivery by:
    • Design employee experience framework in accordance with local and Belgian ways of working
    • Design approaches to communications that provide an employee voice
    • Review management practices and their impact on the employee experience
  • Assess the impact that policies and people practices have on the employee experience

Candidate Profile for Technical Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist

  • Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
  • Degree in Social or Business Science
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably as a corporate recruiter, in an in-house environment
  • General knowledge of technologies and IT terminology
  • Experience in building and implementing multi-channel strategies to attract top talents within the IT industry (LinkedIn, networking, social and digital media, etc.)
  • Excellent skills for creating a positive experience with candidates and hiring managers and ability to create highly collaborative partnerships
  • Proven project management skills and ability to make sound and logical judgments
  • Eager to take ownership of the business processes and capable to work in an autonomous culture
  • Organised with great time management and expectation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment with ambitious hiring managers
