Our international client provides mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments, creating exceptional results for their clients and the millions of people who count on them.

They are currently expanding and are looking for a Trainer Customer Service to join their team in Tilburg.

Job Profile for Trainer Customer Service
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide new hire and up-skill training and coaching to new and existing employees
  • Collect and distribute course materials and learning tools
  • Act as a point of contact for all questions regarding training schedules
  • Operate audio-visual equipment during training programs
  • Maintain administrative records related to training and sharing relevant information with operational managers and other business functions
  • Identify and correct any errors, gaps, or inaccuracies in the training material
  • Recognise and improve the efficiency of training throughout the operation, if necessary
  • Translate the client’s needs into appropriate training 
  • Guide and support employees in achieving project objectives

Candidate Profile for Trainer Customer Service

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience as a teacher or a trainer, preferably in customer service
  • Working experience using MS Office applications
  • Able to communicate and collaborate openly and inclusively
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Empathetic, customer-oriented, objective, self-reflective 
  • Flexible regarding working hours, you mainly work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but if necessary, until 10:00 PM on weekdays (evening class)
