Our client is an international media and entertainment giant, offering streaming services to millions of members worldwide who enjoy TV series, documentaries, movies and an exciting gaming experience.
We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Researcher to join our client’s team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will focus on making a real impact — building strong partnerships with hiring managers, ensuring successful hires by driving a forward-thinking, streamlined recruiting process. You will identify and engage top talent while coaching hiring partners to make smart recruitment decisions.
Job Profile for Recruitment Researcher
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Use advanced research techniques and tools on different platforms to identify talent pools
- Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies to hire teams
- Build and maintain strong pipelines across a variety of roles
- Engage proactively with top talent and showcase the company’s culture and opportunities
- Use market data and sourcing insights to influence recruiting strategies
- Emphasise the value of building diverse teams
- Interview candidates and evaluate their technical and cultural skill set to match them to the right role within the company
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and attract candidates whose skills and potential align with the company’s business needs
- Act as a trusted partner to recruiters and hiring managers
- Coach and advise hiring teams based on deep knowledge of niche markets
- Use research, data, and business context to influence hiring decisions
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Balance the speed of execution with an excellent candidate experience
- Use sound judgment to prioritise workload and deliver results
Candidate Profile for Recruitment Researcher
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in talent sourcing and researching a broad range of profiles
- Experience in recruiting technical/engineering profiles is a must
- Proven track record of successfully executed candidate engagement strategies to hire high-calibre talent (pipeline or niche)
- Extensive experience hiring in EMEA, with a solid knowledge of the CEE market
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and recruiters as a trusted advisor
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify and engage niche talent pools
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities with a focus on quality and speed
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring
