We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Support Analyst, Supply Chain Management (SCM), to join our client’s team in Sofia remotely.
In this role, the successful candidate will take ownership of complex functional incidents, deliver effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement across a live enterprise D365 F&O environment. Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and service management, you will ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with SLAs, best practices, and business requirements.
Job Profile for D365 F&O L3 Functional Support Analyst (SCM)
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Act as the Level 3 functional escalation point for complex D365 F&O Supply Chain Management incidents, problems, and service requests
- Investigate critical business process issues, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with technical teams to implement permanent solutions
- Provide functional guidance, coaching, and knowledge transfer to Level 1 and Level 2 support teams
- Maintain functional ownership of core D365 F&O Supply Chain Management areas, including Manufacturing, Order Management, and Advanced Warehousing
- Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices by prioritising standard functionality and configuration over customisation
- Review and validate functional designs for business-as-usual enhancements and change requests
- Assess the functional impact of proposed system changes and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and release planning
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by translating complex functional issues into clear and actionable insights
- Participate in Change Advisory Boards (CAB), service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, solutions, and functional knowledge
Candidate Profile for D365 F&O L3 Functional Support Analyst (SCM)
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain Management
- Must hold Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330) certification
- Must hold Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations (MB-300) certification
- Proven experience working in a production support, managed services, or Level 3 support environment
- Experience supporting multi-legal entity and multi-country D365 F&O deployments within high-volume transactional environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including system configuration, parameters, and functional setups
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar application lifecycle management (ALM) tools
- Experience in Telecommunications, Satellite Communications, or other regulated industries is advantageous
- Experience with data integrations, including DMF, dual-write, APIs, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is advantageous
- ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to resolving complex issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor and collaborate across teams
- Ability to remain calm and effective when managing high-priority production issues
