Meet Simona, a motivated and curious team member currently finalising her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of London, while also completing a business and leadership programme at Forward College. Her studies have taken her across Lisbon, Paris, and Berlin – three cities that have shaped her global outlook and appreciation for different cultures.

Simona started her career in recruitment as a Talent Sourcer in our Varna office, where her interest in research and enthusiasm for fast-paced, people-focused work make her a great fit for the role. She enjoys connecting with others and contributing to a collaborative, international team. Outside of work, Simona loves being by the sea and travelling to new places.
