Business Analyst – Dutch & English

Our international client provides mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments, creating exceptional results for their clients and the millions of people who count on them.

To expand their Client Intelligence team, they are looking for a Business Analyst to support them by analysing datasets and interpreting results to build the right technical solution and come up with proposals for improvement.

Please note that the company has multiple locations and could offer the position in Tilburg, Rotterdam, Almere (Hybrid work model).

Job Profile for Business Analyst
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Visualise operational datasets and translate insights into clear, actionable advice
• Develop and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards, with a focus on what’s important to the end user
• Analyse datasets thoroughly and accurately, and turn your findings into concrete improvement suggestions
• Coordinate the work of data experts from the operational teams we closely collaborate with
• Proactively propose and develop improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile for Business Analyst

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a similar field
• 1+ year of relevant internship or work experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Curiosity and an investigative mindset
• Some experience with a programming language such as SQL or Python, databases, and BI tools. If you don’t have experience with Qlik Sense, the company will provide the education
