Our international client, a world-leading organisation in the IT/Software market, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in Schiphol.

In the role, you will be developing and executing high-impact strategies to drive customer growth and acquisition for clients and agencies in the Netherlands.

Job Profile for Marketing Manager
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Organise and define marketing goals, gather strategies and tactics to positively impact demand
• Apply ingenuity and imagination in campaign or program design
• Understand market trends and their impact on customers and business
• Identify problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions
• Know marketing products or services using digital technologies across various platforms
• Manage project stakeholders, prioritise concerns, and monitor engagements
• Make timely decisions in fast-paced environments, consider resources and tradeoffs  

Candidate Profile for Marketing Manager

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of the Dutch advertising industry 
• At least 6+ years of experience in integrated marketing (digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally
