Description

Our client is an international media and entertainment giant, offering streaming services to millions of members worldwide who enjoy TV series, documentaries, movies and an exciting gaming experience. 

We are looking for a dynamic Art & Print Producer to join the EMEA Regional Marketing team of our client in Amsterdam. In the role, you will be collaborating closely with local Marketing teams to facilitate the finishing, localisation, and adaptation of marketing assets. 

Job Profile for Art & Print Producer
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Coordinate asset delivery, from file and folder management to technical spec advice, on schedule, and on budget
  • Prepare and present decks/documents when required to communicate ideas, data points or work
  • Plan timelines for review and feedback on multiple file formats assets per project
  • Provide technical and creative finishing advice, working alongside the finishing agencies and external partners
  • Provide guidance and best practices to internal and external partners during the finishing review process, with areas of improvement on the artwork
  • Ensure that project management internal tooling is updated regularly, and gather required information from cross-functional teams to do so
  • Create and manage asset delivery decks
  • Share knowledge and contribute to improving and scaling workflows and Global Production Design thinking
  • Understand regional nuances within the EMEA team and contribute to EMEA and Global initiatives
  • Contribute to vendor management, workflows and ensure consistent creative excellence
  • Identify opportunities for innovation workflow refinement
  • Act as a brand guardian and knowledge centre for Marketing Art and OOH assets
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Localisation Vendors/EMEA APC (Art & Print Coordinator) on localisation and manage timings to ensure delivery
  • Brief internal and external localisation teams on the production of adaptations and localised assets (from master file to different ratio formats and languages) and track progress to support production
  • Manage QC with the internal localisation workflow and tools
  • Collaborate successfully on artwork to text and title treatments

Candidate Profile for Art & Print Producer

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of artwork workflows, formats, technical specifications and QC
  • Knowledge of core marketing creative intent with artwork assets and execute world-class finishing on artwork assets for EMEA campaigns
  • Familiarity and appreciation for tools such as AirTable, Google Suite or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Print production and D/OOH expert ensuring files are suitable and adaptable for multiple regions and formats
  • Experience with transcreation and translation
  • Multi-tasker, able to manage several different campaigns in different stages
  • Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver with superb time, resource, and stakeholder management
  • Solution-oriented, good at pivoting and finding ways to achieve the deliverables needed for the success of the campaign
