For this year's Enterprise & Technology Day, our team kicked off Blue Lynx's first Open Doors initiative for kids.

Twenty third‑grade students from "Bratya Miladinovi" Secondary School in Plovdiv paid a visit to the production facility of our client Turna Plast for a real factory experience!

The students observed the production process, asked questions and learned how a modern industrial operation runs. The teachers expressed heartfelt thanks for a memorable day that brought learning to life and fired up the curiosity and enthusiasm in the children.

At Blue Lynx, we believe in leading with heart. On Children's Day on 1 June, 2025 we chose to honour the celebration with more than just words. We paid a visit to the children's daycare centre "Vyara, Nadezhda, Lyubov" in Sofia to donate.

The children's centre looks after kids from ages 3 to 17 who have experienced domestic abuse, offering them support through a professional psychologist-led programme.

These young souls deserve safety, care, and the chance to dream again. Supporting the incredible work of the children's centre "Vyara, Nadezhda, Lyubov" is one small way we can help them feel seen, valued and loved.

Blue Lynx employees purchased various essential items from a list provided by the institution for children with special educational needs, including food products such as beans, rice, and pasta, as well as games, learning aids, and appliances they genuinely require or are running short of.

Operation: Teddy Bear not only provides material donations but also creates opportunities for emotional support and a better future. We believe that every gesture of kindness has a huge meaning and that we can all make the world a better place.

Blue Lynx’s team dedicated a Saturday to volunteering at the Dolni Bogrov dog shelter in Bulgaria, where over 1,500 dogs are awaiting their forever homes. This hands-on initiative reflects our core belief - giving back to all members of the community, especially the four-legged ones.

Following the compassionate example set by Blue Lynx CEO Tina Evans, herself the proud adopter of a shelter dog, the team delivered food, walked the dogs and spent meaningful time interacting with these lovable companions.

In December 2021, our team in Bulgaria extended support to Social Tea House by donating company computers. This initiative aimed to help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds gain access to technology and new learning opportunities.

Empowering others with knowledge and tools for a brighter future is something we deeply value; it’s how we turn compassion into meaningful action.

In 2018, our Amsterdam team collaborated with Voedseltuin IJplein, a community vegetable garden that produces fresh, organic produce for local food banks. Two of our top recruiters spent the day preparing soil, sowing seeds and learning about sustainable gardening practices from locals.

We were reminded that even the smallest seeds of effort may sprout into something genuinely valuable for the community.

Оur team spent the day at Respect Zorggroep, a local senior home in The Hague, bringing colour and warmth to the residents’ balconies by planting flowers together.

Beyond the gardening, Blue Lynx spent the day sharing stories and laughter. We were reminded how valuable it is to give our time and care for the elderly.
