Our client is a fast-growing, technology-driven company operating in the AI communication space, helping businesses streamline customer interactions through intelligent, real-time messaging solutions.
Currently expanding, they are looking for a driven Senior Account Executive to build and grow their direct customer pipeline by winning and managing new business across performance marketing agencies, lead generation companies, and call centre operations. This is a hunter-oriented role with accountability for the full post-sale lifecycle, including onboarding and account expansion.
Job Profile for Senior Account Executive
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Take incoming sales conversations, diagnose needs, and route prospects to the company platform or GTI-managed service
- Open new buyer accounts across target verticals (ACA, debt, pest control, loans, medical care, legal, auto, etc.)
- Make the end-to-end deal cycle – discovery, demo, pricing, and closing
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified voice and call buyers in the US market
- Work closely with the leadership team
Candidate Profile for Senior Account Executive
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- 5+ years of experience in live transfer lead generation (pay-per-call). Selling into voice and call buyers, lead generation, or performance marketing (industry fluency matters more than years)
- Experience selling both software platforms AND managed/agency services is a plus
- Active understanding of the US voice and call buyer market across multiple verticals (insurance, debt, medical care, legal, auto, loans, pest control, ACA)
- Comfortable with the economics – CPL, CPA, per-connect, per-duration, exclusive vs shared
- Strong AI fluency – daily AI usage for prospecting, research, outreach, and deal management
- Existing book of voice and call buyer relationships is a plus
- Network across two or more of our target verticals is advantageous
- Hunter mentality for opening new accounts without waiting for inbound
- Consultative selling instinct for analysing what the buyer actually needs, before offering a solution to them
- Ability to work fully independently, setting priorities and driving one’s own pipeline
- Sharp, professional, trustworthy – voice/call buyers close on personal trust
- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team
