Description

Our client, a leading Chinese manufacturer of civil electrical and new energy products listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, is expanding its household energy storage business across Europe and is currently seeking a Channel Sales Manager in Zagreb to build and grow its distributor network in the Croatian market.

The successful candidate must have a strong channel sales background in the energy storage industry, a proven ability to build a distributor network from the ground up, and the commercial drive to carry deals from first contact through to repeat orders.

Job Profile for Channel Sales Manager
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish and operate a precision distributor customer funnel for the Croatian market
  • Implement tiered management of pipeline stage channels, qualified leads, and high-value targets
  • Identify key decision-makers, conduct on-site visits and business negotiations
  • Deliver presentations on the company and product value while aligning with client needs
  • Lead business negotiations, contract signing, and sample shipments
  • Drive conversion through regular follow-up visits
  • Address objections and ensure the effective implementation of contractual terms
  • Facilitate the signing of cooperation agreements
  • Secure the initial order and subsequent repeat orders, and manage end-to-end order tracking, delivery follow-up, and day-to-day channel operations

Candidate Profile for Channel Sales Manager

  • Must be fluent in Croatian and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Chinese, both written and spoken, is beneficial
  • Proficiency in household energy storage products and related technologies
  • Permanent residence in Croatia
