They are currently seeking an experienced PR Overseas Sales professional to join their team remotely from anywhere in Spain.
Job Profile for PR Overseas Sales
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the European market, ensuring effective execution of company objectives and regional growth plans
- Monitor market developments, analyse customer, product, and competitor insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through trade fairs, online channels, and market visits to expand market share and coverage
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with agents, distributors, and key customers while optimising channel performance and customer satisfaction
- Lead business negotiations and manage related administrative activities to ensure successful collaborations
- Foster cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration through regular communication, team meetings, and knowledge sharing
- Support the recruitment and development of the European business team in cooperation with the Chinese project lead
Candidate Profile for PR Overseas Sales
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage, and additional Chinese language skills are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or above with backgrounds in International Trade, Business, Languages, Engineering, Construction, Materials, or related fields are preferred
- 5+ years of relevant sales, business development, or industry experience, preferably within the building materials sector or with leading industry players
- Proven experience in developing customer relationships, distribution channels, and international markets, with existing industry networks, is considered an advantage
- Willingness to relocate to Spain is preferred
- Strong understanding of international trade, commercial operations, market dynamics, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across clients, distributors, and internal teams
- Commercially driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented, with strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership, teamwork, and long-term career commitment, with a continuous learning and growth mindset
